CHURCH MINISTRIES

EDUCATION COMMITTEE                                

Responsible for researching and developing educational programs or projects
that will keep members and the community informed of issues such as continuing educational programs, the achievement gap, parental involvement, etc. This committee is also responsible for the annual planning of the Elder C. E. Waddell Education Program and Vacation Bible School.

BLACK HISTORY COMMITTEE                           

Responsible for researching and developing programs or projects that will keep members and the community informed of issues such as black heritage along with current related matters. This committee is also responsible for the planning of an annual Black History Program. 


COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE                       

Committee is responsible for making known what the church stands for and what the church has to offer programmatically. Responsible also for maintaining a current list of all area media and promoting the activities of the church to the broader community.


COMMUNITY SERVICE COMMITTEE                

Responsible for researching and developing outreach and service oriented programs that will keep members and the community informed on issues such as health, finance, social, economics, etc.

HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE                              

Responsible for promoting fellowship within the church and when directed by the Pastor.  They shall be responsible for entertainment and food provisions.

TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE                       

Responsible for transporting members or visitors via church vans from their residence to the church for service attendance or to another church related 
destination.


YOUNG PEOPLE HOLY ASSOCIATION               

This ministry is responsible for creating an atmosphere of learning the Word of God that will equip and empower our youth to edify the body of Christ with emphasis on discipleship.
